Don't guarantee before Christmas delivery then come late in January

Absolutely loved the product and was very happy with it. However when ordered before Christmas with guaranteed delivery for Christmas for it to not turn up on time is more than disappointing. Turned up over 2 weeks after Christmas so if you're ordering for someone's present then be prepared for it not to arrive on time. Having said this very happy with the sheet I ordered and the body warmer.
