What Size Garment Should I Choose?

Our garments are true to size, so if you are someone who likes to wear their clothes to fit their shape, we suggest you choose the size that is relevant to your body. If you like to have a bit more room in your clothing, we suggest that one size larger than your normal size is the most comfortable and allows it to have a little more room. So if you are normally a size 8 we suggest in our t-shirts and hoodies you would need a size 10. We also advise you check out our sizing guide to make sure sizes are correct as we do not offer refunds on personalised items.

What Are Your Opening Hours?

We are available via Facebook Messenger most hours, so if you require any assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. We also have a Facebook page www.facebook.com/printmywords we aim to answer everyone as quickly as possible. Will I Receive A Confirmation Email After I Have Ordered?

Yes, each customer will receive a confirmation email letting them know that their order was successful this will include the items that were ordered and include their order number. It is important that this is kept safe just in-case you need contact us further regarding your order.

What Do I Do If There Is A Problem With My Order After I Have Received It?

Contact us as soon as possible if there is any problem as we try our best to make our customers happy and to solve any concerns they may have. Please note - we cannot accept returns on personalised items so please ensure you have provided us with the correct information and double check all spelling. 

I Have Ordered The Wrong Size, What Now?

If you have ordered a product that does not contain personalised details on the garment, we can exchange it for a different size providing it hasn't been worn. You have 14 days in which to return it to us for a different size.
